Sept. 1-18
We left Hales Bar Marina and Chattanooga. Heading south on the Tennessee River in our effort to make our Gulf Coast crossing by the end of September.
We made stops in; Guild, Bridgeport, Guntersville, Decatur, Florence, Waterloo, Fulton, Waverly, Pickensville, Demopolis
Sept. 20-25 Mobile AL to Carrabelle FL
Sept. 26-27 Gulf Coast Crossing to Tarpon Springs FL 
We completed our crossing of the Gulf of Mexico! Carrabelle to Tarpon Springs, 170 miles, 3:00pm to 11:30am! VERY Exciting ! The first 9 hours were pretty good. About 3:00am we passed under a dark cloud and things became fairly rough, not to mention very dark. Finally at about 8:00am things improved. Some beautiful views along the way; sunset and sunrise, millions of stars, bright planets, the milky-way, and small effervescent jellyfish glowing in our wake! We celebrated, after a nap, at a Great Greek restaurant! Back to Bradenton on Thursday!
