Week 2, 2021 (1/25-31/21)

 

St. Johns River (1/25-30/21) - Stops along the St. Johns River: Ortega River, Palatka, Welaka, Green Cove Springs, Doctors Lake

We loved exploring these unique, quaint towns. We met many nice folks along the way, enjoyed beautiful river views with alligators, birds, and foliage. Green Cove Springs had a lovely park with a pool fed by a natural spring. See the data chart for specifics on this source. We came across a Sandhill Crane squawking for its friends in Welaka.
